Our Story
Built on a Simple Belief
Narinder Badhan didn't set out to build a large company. He set out to build good homes. Over time, he found that doing good business allowed his company to grow organically. HSH Builders was founded on a straightforward premise: that a custom home deserves a builder who treats it as something worth getting right. That belief has shaped every decision HSH has made since the beginning, from how many projects we take on each year to how we show up on site.
Over a decade and 175+ projects later, that founding principle hasn't changed. Calgary's construction market has grown more competitive, trades have become harder to secure, and clients have become more informed about what to ask for and what to watch out for. HSH has grown alongside that shift, deepening trade relationships, refining our process, and building a track record that now exceeds $50 million in completed project value. Through all of it, the measure of a good year has stayed the same: clients who move in on time, on budget, and would build with us again.
Narinder remains actively involved in every project HSH takes on, not as a figurehead, but as the person ultimately accountable for the standard of the work.
